How do I delete my Sould account?

You can delete your Sould account directly within the app. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Sould app and tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.

2. Select Help from the menu.

3. Scroll down and tap "Contact Us"

4. Fill out the required information and submit your request.

5. Once your account is deleted you permanently remove your data and forfeit any remaining cashback balance.

Once submitted, your account will be scheduled for deletion within 7 days. After this period, you’ll receive an email confirming that your account has been deleted.

Important Notes:

• You cannot delete your account if you have $15 or more in cashback or a pending transaction.

• If you experience any issues, contact Sould Support via the termination request form, and we’ll assist you.
